In fact, we guarantee for obvious defects in the functioning of the product, in case of damage and in case of delivery of wrong product for which our company offers a 5-years guarantee from the day of the item receipt, within which it is possible to claim the defect: in particular, the customer must notify it by sending an email to info@rossiniinteriors.com with more photos attached to verify the defect.

Moreover, in the cases above mentioned, we replace the product and the work with the same one originally ordered in a period of maximum 30 working days.
